from 43 kg now I weight 53 kg....In fairness, nakakataba ba ang stress....
My ideal weight is only 45 kg, now instead of loosing weight because of stress and aneklavu in life now I gained almost 10 kg and I'm proud to say that I'm continuously gaining more....That's because of loads ...
